Therefore DNB Bankas launched a new strategic initiative back in 2009 - to be a financial guide to its customers. That means that each customer of DNB Bankas should first of all expect that he will be carefully listened to and will be offered several options according to individual financial needs. Having a clear understanding of advantages and disadvantages of each option the customer then will be well positioned to make the most benenficial choice - today and for the future.
This is a long-term business initiative of DNB Bankas based on confidence and responsibility that is a must for each employee of the bank.
