Terje Turnes - chairman (born 1963)
Terje Turnes was elected as the member of the Supervisory Council of AB DNB Bankas from 1 March 2011. He has been working at Norway DNB bank since 1989. During his career at DNB Bank Terje Turnes was a head of Industry and Energy Sections in the Corporate Division. Prior to taking the job of the Head of Baltic Division, he was the head of DNB's office in London. Terje Turnes holds diplomas in economics, administration and marketing.

Dr. Jekaterina Titarenko, the chief financial officer of Norway’s DNB Bank ASA Baltic division, was elected as a member of the Supervisory Council of AB DNB Bankas on 17 February 2010. In 2009-2011 Dr. Jekaterina Titarenko has been working as the chief financial officer of Bank DNB A/S in Denmark. In 2003-2009 Dr. Jekaterina Titarenko has been working in AB DNB Bankas: helmed the Financial Risk department, held the position of the member of the Management Board. Prior to taking her job in AB DNB Bankas she had been working in the Credit Institutions Supervision Department of the Bank of Lithuania for more than seven years. Jekaterina Titarenko graduated from Vilnius University, she is a Doctor of Social Sciences.
