Bjørnar Lund Chairman of the Management Board and President Bjørnar Lund (born 1963) is the bank’s Chief Executive Officer. He is in charge of the bank's administration and implementation of its objectives. Bjørnar Lund worked in Norway’s DNB since 1987. He has an extensive experience from various managerial positions within corporate and retail operations in DNB. In addition, he has international experience as head of the Nordic Desk in Singapore. Bjørnar Lund has a Master’s degree in Science of Business from BI Norwegian School of Management.

Dr. Vygintas Bubnys Dr. Vygintas Bubnys (born 1958) is in charge of corporate banking. Vygintas Bubnys is a Doctor of social sciences. Dr. Vygintas Bubnys has been working in Lithuania’s financial sector since 1990 and for six years he chaired the Management Board of Lietuvos taupomasis bankas. Dr. Vygintas Bubnys has been working in bank DNB since 2000.

Ramūnas Abazorius Member of the Management Board and Executive Vice-president. Ramūnas Abazorius (born 1973) is in charge of accounting, accountability and controlling of AB DNB Bankas. Ramūnas Abazorius has been working in AB DNB Bankas since 1994. He worked as a manager of the Assets and Liabilities Management and Credit Risk units and the Controlling Department. Ramūnas Abazorius is a graduate of Vilnius University. He holds a master degree in economics.

Šarūnas Nedzinskas

Šarūnas Nedzinskas (born 1968) is responsible for AB DNB Bankas retail business line.
Šarūnas Nedzinskas started his carrier in AB DNB Bankas in 2008. Before joining AB DNB Bankas he had been working in Finasta Bank, was a member of the Management Board of the insurance company Lietuvos Draudimas. Šarūnas Nedzinskas is an economist, a graduate of Vilnius University and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Baltic Management Institute.

Vaineta Barevičiūtė Member of the Management Board and Executive Vice-president. Vaineta Barevičiūtė (born 1976) is in charge of the activities supporting business processes of AB DNB Bankas. Vaineta Barevičiūtė has been working in AB DNB Bankas since 2003. Prior to taking the office on the bank’s management board she has been working as the head of AB DNB Bankas Internal audit department. Vaineta Barevičiūtė has lawyer’s qualifications from Vilnius University and holds a degree of master of management and business administration from ISM university.

Anne Birgitte Prestholdt Member of the Management Board and Executive Vice-president. Anne Birgitte Prestholdt (born 1960) is in charge of credit and financial risk management, loan restructuring as well as special assets departments and asset valuation unit. Prior to joining the AB DNB Bankas she worked in Norway’s DNB Bank ASA retail divisions as the head of Risk and quality unit in Akershus/Ostfold. During her 18 years carrier in DNB Bank ASA she built vivid professional experience in retail and large corporate business as well as special assets management.
Anne Birgitte Prestholdt is a graduate of the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.
