Direct Debit

• Simple and fast: you do not have to take care of timely payment of your bills or visit the Bank to make payments – all this is done by the Bank.
• Free of charge: the Direct Debit service will not cost you anything!
• Secure: the Bank will debit the funds only upon your consent to pay the amounts indicated by the company and only from the Bank account or payment card account indicated by yourself. You can also specify the maximum permitted debit amount in the Direct Debit agreement. In case the service provider indicates a higher amount, the Bank will not debit the funds or will only debit the permitted amount. You will see the debited amount in the statement of your bank account.
• Convenient: you can pay your relatives’ bills.

• In the nearest branch or sub-branch of DNB Bankas. Please don’t forget your passport and the account number of the service provider you wish to make settlements with by Direct Debit when arriving at the Bank.
• Using DNB internet bank.
• At the service provider.

Please note that the Bank can transfer funds through Direct Debit to your indicated company only provided that:

• Sufficient amount is available in your bank account to make a debit transfer. In case the amount in your account is not sufficient, the Bank cannot execute the payment order, therefore does not debit the funds and informs the service provider;
• Amount to be transferred does not exceed your indicated limit.
• The company which you have chosen submits a payment order to the Bank on debiting funds from Your bank account. Debited funds are transferred to the company's account.
