Who can get a credit?
All adults who are permanently or temporarily living in the Republic of Lithuania and receives adequate and regular income.
What amount of credit is available?
Credit amount depends on the purchase/ construction of housing and pledged property also your income.
What is the interest rate for the credit?
Total income rate consists of variable interest rate and bank’s margin, which is individually determined for each client by the bank.
You can choose the type of interest:
Floating rate, which is determined when granting a credit, and then changes every 3, 6 or 12 months, depends on your choice. Interest rate change depends on the interbank rate (Euribor or VILIBOR) variation.
Fixed rate, which is determined when granting a credit and it is static for the period of time (up to 5 years) according to your choice, and then this period ends interest is changed to floating rate or can be fixed again, if you like.
Your annual mortgage interest rate will depend on the amount of credit, maturity, pledged property value, financial feasibility, and etc. We will advise you on the type of interest rate options and help you choose the best option.
What are my repayment options?
You can choose an acceptable method of repayment:
Linear - credit repaid in equal monthly payments and interest is paid on the outstanding loan balance. If you choose this method, at the beginning credit payments will be higher, but constant decline in credit repayment.
Annuity - repayment and interest payment will consist of fixed monthly payments. If you choose this method, you will pay lower and equal monthly payments.
We can also deferment of loan repayment for the period you would like. For this period you will not have to repay the credit, you will only pay interest on credit.
At DNB Bank under favorable conditions you can repay part of the mortgage credit before the maturity deadline, and if you have chosen a credit with floating interest rate you can make an early repayment without paying taxes.
