Having acquired your Power Card or Power Card GOLD you can be sure that in case of an accident or emergency at home you will receive help. With the Power Card you can use the following technical assistance services at home:

  • professional consultation and assistance by telephone in case of an emergency at home;
  • assistance in case of water system breakdown: repair and cleaning of the pipes;
  • assistance in case of sewerage system breakdown: cleaning of system;
  • assistance in case of heating system breakdown: repair, provision of alternative sources of heating till the heating source is repaired/changed;
  • repair of lock and/or door: emergency door opening and/or repair when the lock is broken, physical protection if the lock cannot be fixed;
  • assistance in case of broken glass: selection and replacement of external window or door glass.

Services of technical assistance at home are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week within the territory of Lithuania. You can call the technical assistance service only to the address which you provided in advance. The number of calls is unlimited.

The prices and terms of UAB “Altas Assistance” technical assistance services as well as the Technical Assistance Card, which must be provided in order to receive technical assistance services, will be provided to you together with your Power Card.
