AB DNB Bankas and the rate providers (British Bankers Association Enterprises Limited, Reuters) shall not assume responsibility for veracity, quality, completeness, regularity, availability of the released LIBOR rates and any losses (both direct and indirect) incurred due to any use of the released rate, including the losses resulting from the negligence of AB DNB Bankas and rate providers, and/or inaccurate, unavailable, incomplete LIBOR rate or other reasons.
The Customer shall not be entitled to copy, distribute or otherwise disseminate, sell or otherwise transfer to third parties the LIBOR data provided by AB DNB Bankas.
